I started having dead batteries on my 2012 GS after about 3 days of sitting. I checked current and it is 0.4A once everything powers down. I started pulling relays and fuses and found that pulling fuse 7 (BATT5) in the engine compartment fuse box dropped the current draw to 40mA. Without the fuse you cannot open the doors. Any idea why this may be occurring all the suddenly? Replaced battery with new and it ruined the battery after sitting for 1 week. Luckily Walmart replaced under warranty.

You will have to check current draw of each circuit connected to fuse 7 to see which one is drawing excessive current. You can put your ammeter in series with each one and then connect to the plus side of the battery to find out which circuit it is with fuse 7 pulled out or disconnected of course.

They will find it quicker than you can and you don't have to deposit any blood on sharp edges. One thing you could check is to see if your power seat switch is sticking on. They can rub against the bezel and not always return to the center off position.
I am having the exact same problem with my 2011 GS
I installed brand new battery that was fully charged. After setting for 2 days, the battery is dead. I then fully charged it and hooked up my multimeter and found I have a .463 amp draw from the battery all the time the car is shut down with no lights on.
I pulled the #7 fuse (BATT5) and the electrical load went down to .007 amps.
I hope the OP reads this and can tell me what he finally found out was causing his problem.
