Default Glass Etching
Does the drivers side mirror, mirror glass, come out of the housing? i want to have some acid etching done on the mirror and I don't know if they can do it while the mirror is in the car.

Easy process, I have all my windows done in Acid etching, you do not need to remove the glass

Just watch out if your car is a 3LT - it might be auto electro-dim outside mirror equipped. Ask if the acid process will ruin the stuff inside the mirror that makes it dim.
