Tfs head question
Hey guys I'm looking for what the total cost is to do a set of trick flow heads on my ls2 build. It's already got cam and supporting mods. What is the total out the door price people are spending on these things? My understanding is new rockers are needed? What all is needed car makes 450whp right now off the bottle. It is a nitrous car. Lmk guys. I can't just ask a shop or builder as I'm overseas at the moment.

I'm about to pick up my short block. I've got the same heads with the g6x3 cam. At first I did the trunion upgrade but I dropped a valve in my stock heads (cam only install) and when tearing down the engine, I found one rocker seized up and another had both snap rings broken off and to be missing...personally I'll never get those again. I'm running comps ultra gold 1.72 rockers

Shoot Brian Tooley an email. There are several different options with the trick flow heads through him, and he can give you a great price. That's where I got mine and couldn't be happier. No aftermarket rockers necessary if you get the PM valve guides.
