Default Memory-Package problem

Should Today program the memory buttons on the driver's door with the quick-exit, so my dear release and move the chair every time she should drive the car.
But it did not even work ... no acknowledgment and the buttons are completely dead?
Anybody have any ideas on what it might be or how I evnt can start and look ...

Teh buttoms are completely dead ..
Lock and unlock button works .. but not Memory 1, 2 and exit button

Handbrake seems to indicate that it is on in the instrument ..

Think it can be key rate that is defective .. or power shortages until the buttons ????

No one has any tips here ...
Does today replace the key rate in the driver's door, .. no difference
Finds no cable breakage under the chair ..
Have read the fault codes and they are:
B2757: 1 select Memory Switch Circuit Low
B1327: Device Power 1 Circuit Low
It does well as I suspect that there is something ar 12v power until control panel in the door ..
Anyone know what color it should be on the power cord, so I can begin and look where it evnt is violating road.

Excuse my bad english

First thing to check is to see why the module is reporting a low voltage. That could be the cause of the problem. I am attaching a PDF file with some relevant diagnostic procedures.

TrondL...Please report back your discovery...mine just started doing this, and any information will help me.

Thanks Bill for the diagnostic road map!
