Default cd/navigation

hello my factory cd player/navigation screen will not flip out?help anybody with this problem? maybe I should just upgrade cd player with pioneer or kenwood navigation

Have you tried pulling the fuse for the Radio/CD/NAV and putting it back in.
It may just reset the glitch

The fuse is found under the carpet passenger side footwell
and marked
RDO/S-BAND/VICS

K I tried that the screen flip down but it want let cd come out or navigation cd either? It is stuck in the down position now? Help anybody? Should I disconnect battery?

Pulling the fuse is somewhat the same as disconnecting the battery, but it's worth a try. At least the fuse pull got your screen to flip down.
Try the battery disconnect, leave it off dor 10 minutes or so. That may reset the logic.
