Default Header install question

I have a 2008 c6. I installed Lg superpro headers, cat delete, and x pipe. Didn't have time to finish installing slp axle backs but wanted to go for a spin. I'm getting a lot of sputtering and lag when I go wot until the rpms are higher... Is this due to not having mufflers on or what?

Assuming all spark plugged wires are connected tight, my guess is with the headers the knock sensor is probably pulling timing thinking there is a knock. Mine was doing the same until it was tuned. Get a tune and go have fun!

It could be running way lean too. I would not play with it too much until I either got a tune, or some way to monitor the AFR while running with only the headers and X pipe...

Missing axleback shouldn't cause a miss.

The most likely thing is a spark plug/coil wire is loose. It'll run terrible at slow speed but almost normal at high RPM.

Thanks for the input guys. Aside from making sure all of the connections are tight, is there anyway to test/verify that the connections are good afterwards?

It was a loose plug wire. She is running like a champ now. Thanks again for the help.
