Tire Setup HELP
Hey guys this might be a silly question to some of you but I needed a little help on a choice of tires for my drag nights. I'm not trying to build a crazy drag car but I like to go down to the local track often and put down a couple runs. Right now I'm running a 06 A6 with the 2.73 gears bolt-ons, cam, and 3800 stall on Nitto Invo tires on the 19 inch rim. I'm currently running 11.4 with 1.7's 60 times on these tires but I'm spinning off the line and during my run. Can you guys recommend some good tires and maybe different wheel size that can help me possibly get into the 10's?

I believe a 17 inch rim will clear the base rear brakes. The most I have read about is using GTO spare tire rim for the front skinnies. The smaller rim size for the rear will help give you more side wall for easier shock on the drivetrain and traction off the line.
