c5 light problems

c5 light problems
hope some one can help. I have a 1997 corvette the head lights come on but does not raise brake lights work but tail lights does not, dash does not work, driving lights does not work fog lights does not work signal lights work but blink very fast.any help would be greatly appreciated.
