Default C6 Corvette HPE (DTE) Differential Packages

Here at Hoosier Performance Engineering (previously DTE Performance) we have recently reviewed our differential packages and have made a few minor changes focused on ensuring you, the customer, get a high quality differential that meets your unique requirements at the most economical price possible.

Our differential packages are put together so that the right balance of cost and quality is obtained. We go beyond upgrading the known and obvious components and consider the entire assembly including the bearings, each individual casting, all the fasteners, and lastly the assembly process. Our goal is to provide our customers with best in class performance differentials.

We now offer three different series of differential package upgrades beginning with our recently introduced Stock Series and progressing up through our Sportsman Pro Series Stage IV. Each stage in our differential line-up of performance products contains upgrades that align many common engine modification packages beginning with a factory stock product and ending with pure competition focused Corvettes.

We also will work closely with you to further modify our standard packages based on whatever your unique requirements might be. The product line-up and pricing found in this catalog are based on these standard packages but do not reflect the limits of our capabilities.

Other services and products we offer include:
Custom 2006 differential packages
Torque tube rebuilding
Torque tube modifications
Differential cooling packages
Hoosier Performance Engineering’s Strut package
Differential parts
And many more.

Please follow the link here, SHOP NOW, to see our most current pricing and packages available for your C6 Corvette.

If you do not see what you need or have any questions we encourage you to contact us at 260-245-0352.

I have a prior DTE differential, now around 4-5 years old. The gears where cold treated.

This appears to be not offered now and I was wondering why?

Is this just a rename or the second owner change since the sell a few years back?

Curious as I am a supporter of what DTE did.

All of our gears are Cryogenic treated.

There was a merge of companies in November of 2013. Hoosier Performance Engineering owns all products and still has former DTE employees employed. Follow this link to learn more about us and the Hoosier back ground and new owners.

Hope this helps clear up your questions. Let us know if you have any other.

We will be adding a DTE history section on the website shortly. Digging up all of the builds and articles that these guys built.

Thanks, Jason

I am unable to find a reference to the Cryogenic treatment on your site.

Thanks for this. It should have been in our details, probably my fault when transferring data over into the new shopping cart option. Thanks for bringing that to our attention.

All differentials builds (except stock builds) come with Cryogenically treated ring and pinion set.

Your welcome.

Sometimes I read so quickly that I miss information.

I was expecting to be corrected.

Do you offer any options for the 2005 corvette to upgrade to 2006 + differential?

Do you have anything for differential cooling for the A-6 differential (Grand Sport)? I went to your website and didn't see any cooling packages.
