Urethane bushing search, help!
I really hope someone can help me with my search, I have searched and searched and can not find the urethane bushings I need.
I am upgrading my sway bars on my base C6, I am upgrading front and rear sway bars, adjustable end links, and urethane bushings, so I thought.
I cannot find Front, Frame Mount, 31mm Urethane Bushings anywhere. I have bought 5 pair only to have my money refunded because they do not have them, even though their websites said they did.
SOMEONE PLEASE, I need 31mm Urethane Front Sway Bar Bushings. I am attaching a pic to show what they look like so there is no confusion.
These are Phadt Bushings that are 31mm but no one has them in stock that I can find.
Please help me!

31mm are so easy to make if you can not find them, it not funny.
Just start with a smaller ID bushing, then using a sharp single point cutter in a boring head on a mill to bore them to 31MM. As for clamping, pressure plate jig makes short work of clamping them up.
Plus, since they are poly and need to be greased/retain grease or will squeak, you can add in some grease retention channels in the ID of the bushings as well.
A few sets of these would be a good starting point, and will leave you with a extra set for replacements.

P.S, Look at the Pfad set you listed, and you will see that they are just bored to size smaller stock poly bushing they they bored to match their no- sized common sway bar OD's (the single point cutting leaves the tell take sign, since if the where molded to 31mm to start with, the inside of the bushing would be smooth like the outside.
