I'm having a problem with the inside edges of my front tires wearing out, and I need to know what specs to provide the alignment shop for a 2008 Convertible. It is currently aligned to the factory settings, but that is wearing out my front tires. The car is a daily driver, so I don't need it set up for max performance. Good tire wear is more important to me at this point in time.
The car has magnetic ride control, and stock tire sizes. I've currently got run flats on it, but probably will change out to non-run flat tires.

Any advice appreciated.
Hmmm.....if your factory spec alignment is accurate, there shouldn't be unusual wear on the front tires unless they're significantly over or under-inflated. In any case, here's the front alignment specs I've had on my '05 for the past several years with excellent tire wear:
Caster Left:7.74 degrees Right:7.97 degrees (nominal 7.90)
Camber Left & Right: -0.45 degrees (nominal -0.45)
Toe Left & Right: +0.02" Total +0.04" (nominal +0.025")
Alignment (front & rear) was done by a Corvette competition shop with latest Hunter laser equipment. Very important that you chose a shop that knows what they're doing,
TAKE NOTICE, in those specs there is NO range! Talk to your technician before he/she starts and make sure he/she is aware of your wants and that you want your car set up to those Pfadt Pure Street specs EXACTLY. You will be happy.
