Default check engine light 6 codes at once. please help!

First off my car is a 2012 grand sport with headers and a cam. i fired up my car yesterday and noticed the check engine light came on. i plugged in my code reader and it had 6 codes which i listed below. It is odd to me that it would just pop 6 codes out of nowhere so i'm not sure if it is a blown fuse or something maybe? But either way I am not driving the car until i figure out the problem. Anyone have any ideas of what i should look into? Thanks in advance!

P0154 cnf oxygen circuit no activity detected (bank 2 sensor 1)
P0154 pnd oxygen circuit no activity detected (bank 2 sensor 1)
P0420 catalyst efficiency below threshold bank 1
P0430 catalyst efficiency below threshold bank 2
P0050 prm heated oxygen sensor heater control circuit bank 2 sensor 1
P0155 prm oxygen sensor heater circuit bank 2 sensor 1

When did you have the headers installed? It almost looks like the tuner didn't tune out the O2s

the weird thing is that I have had the headers on my car for 2 years and the cam for well over a year and have never had an issue before

I appreciate the help guys. I can jack the car up tomorrow and see if any of the sensor wires are burnt somehow. I checked my o2 fuses and they are fine. The only thing I have done to the car was 300 miles ago they put in a new clutch and mgw shifter. I'm wondering if any of the wiring may have gotten moved in that process

Ok everyone I looked under my car and checked thouroughly the front and rear o2 sensors and wires and they are completely fine and not near the headers or burnt whatsoever. No blown fuses either...i'm at a loss. Its all o2 related and its bank 1 & 2 so could it be possibly an ECM problem? Thanks

I only see anything pertaining to B2S1... I would replace the upstream O2 on your passenger side and clear the codes to see if they come back. It sounds like it is dead. Probably not a bad idea to change the upstream on the driver's side while you are at it. P0420 and P0430 are cat codes, I would bet you're running rich right now with the car trying to compensate for the lack of activity from one of the O2 sensors.
