I am looking into a project and wanted to see if anyone has pictures of the "roll bar" chassis. I wanted to see what is behind the trim panel and also looking for the technical term for this section of the chassis.

That is the Z06 roll hoop. it is aluminium the base car is Steel both look the same (painted black) (that is a good picture of it)
I have that thanks> i was just being lazy. I will take it off this weekend. I am trying to figure out a way to attach this to that part of the chassis.
I like to tinker. I have made a few roll cages. that would not be its purpose. more of a free harness bar/partition or something. My friend is doing weight reduction on his car so i looked at it and though hmm that may fit in my car. No purpose or funtion was given.
