Was the SCL on the dic when you installed the new eliminator? It has to be unlocked and that notice can't be there before you install it.
I cleared the column lock code and the column was unlocked when I installed. Still a no go.
I have got in contact with Victor(original maker of the bypass) and he has instructed me to try to replace the column lock Module.
If you were having problems with the column lock before installing the bypass that could be the problem. This was an issue when Corvettes of Houston came out with the bypass. The bypass could not fix and existing issue. You could try contacting Corvettes of Houston.
The new service column lock Module fixed the error. Installed it and put in Accessory mode and the error went away right away and the car started right up. So far no programing of the module back to the car is needed.
I will drive it today to verify everything looks okay.
However; I don't believe this will fix my other errors and I will have to replace the BCM or EBCM to fix that. I will update when I know more.
Special thanks to Victor down in texas for helping me out.

So the column lock module was just plug and play? No dealer flash required?

Correct, it just a mindless extension of the RCDLR.
Its the RCDLR and the electronic body module that require programing if they are changed out instead.
As for the column lock module, could have been saved, since it was either a bad relay (only moving part, since the rest is solid state), cold solder joint, or corrosion as it's problem.
