Dumb Tire / Wheel Question
Just bought a set of OEM wheels for my C6 they have 18 and 19 pilots on them ..... my question before I mount is are they directional.....or can they go on either side....and yes i know the 18's go up front....LOL,,,,Thank in advance for your help.

Also look on the tires, they sometimes, Michelin Pilot Sport PS2, have the word "Outside" on them which means that side is on the outside so it is directional in a way. That has to do with how they are mounted on the rim. And like the others said, if they are directional they should have an arrow or marking in the direction of rotation.
I just had a new set of Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 mounted on the back of mine and that is when I saw the "Outside" marking but no directional marking.

"Outside" can mean unidirectional. But it could also be pointing backwards for a directional (arrow) tire. Or, it can mean, asymmetric. Which is more likely. Meaning, the compound, tread, or internal construction is such that the tire's to be mounted one way for optimum performance. Tires can be either, both or none---directional, asymmetric, neither.
