I've been following this and hear that the LS3 is still being tested. Given the fanfare and mixed results from the LS7 release, I suspect the LS3 will be scrutinized more heavily. There are no significant gains reported by using a FAST, since a ported stock manifold is about the equivalent. The MSD has to beat them both handily to be worthwhile financially.
I'll personally be waiting for some track results from both the MSD and Vararam manifolds before making a decision to buy.

LS7 one was really a bust and the thing is huge. A FAST for an LS3 does not give you the bang for the buck like it does on the LS2.

I've been tempted to buy one, take it to a Test and Tune and then switch it over in between passes but already think I know what the results will be when compared to my ported LS7 stock intake manifold.
Beside which, when I did the same thing a few years ago and totally debunked the performance gains of a Vararam air intake nobody believed me anyway.
Anybody try one of these out yet on a LS3? Looks tempting and I can get one cheaper than a FAST. Please don't respond with how well the stock intake performs or "just port your LS3". Looking for real world results. LS7 guys are picking up a ton.
