2006 C6 Engine Removal?

Can you remove the engine from the top side instead of dropping the motor out of the bottom? if so are there any instructions or how to's on doing it. thanks

Yes, tricky part is lowering cradle to allow motor to move forward from input shaft of TT.

Kent Moore support plates greatly help in this process

it can be done without lowering the cradle, did it over the winter on an 06 Z. The steering rack and damper were off to allow more room to pull the motor forward.
