Default LNC2000 Questions

Hello all, I have a C6Z, currently getting it ready for dyno.

I have installed the LNC2000 and a NX TPS/RPM Box.

The LNC2000 seemed straight forward to install, I took the green wire to a ground, yellow wire to a "KEY ON" fuse and the orange wire I ran to my ARM switch for my nitrous. I plugged the coil harness into the coils and that was that. Today I floored my car and it cut out, seemed like a misfire and that was with the ARM Switch OFF. Is it possible for the LNC2000 to be acting up and cutting the car out even tho the Orange +12 Retard Activation wire is OFF?

On my NX Box I pulled RPM from the GREEN wire off the passenger side coil plug and RPM off of the purple wire at the TPS plug. The nitrous box was NOT powered up at the time nor was it set.

I unplugged the LNC from the coil pack plugs, plugged it back to factory and the car pulls all the way to redline so my issue is with the LNC, what could the problem be?

The yellow wire was the problem, the yellow wire is to be used with a brake switch or trans brake if you want the "2 STEP" feature. Has nothing to do with timing retard.
