Tire help please!
I posted this in c6 general but I think it should be here.
Hey guys, so I've been reading lots of threads about what tire sizes to buy for my new wheels. I have a base 2006 coupe and just purchased some 18x9.5 fronts with 19x11 rears. They have the correct offset and all, I'm just worried about upsetting the active handling/traction control with the wrong sized tires. I bought 305/30/19 michelin ps2's for the rear. Now I've read that some go with a 265/35/18 up front with a 305 in the rear but wouldn't it make sense to go with a 255/35/18 since it keeps the rear 1.2 inches taller than the front rather than 0.9" with the 265? Please any help is appreciated thanks!
