Default Heater/AC blower motor inop

My 2008 4LT Convertible blower motor won't turn on. The control panel indicates the fan is on and the AC compressor is running. This has happened before and then somehow fixes itself and runs normally. Has anybody had this problem before and what was the fix?

Update: when all else fails, hit it. I opened the fuse block in the engine compartment, pulled the fuse out and put it back in and then tapped the relays a bit. Started it up and Voila! blower motor working fine. Must be a sticky relay or dirty connections in the fuse block

I had already done that and as you can see from my edited question, I apparently had a problem with the fuse connection or a stuck relay. Thanks for responding.

I think these cars are a little too complicated sometimes, sort of like computers and smart phones; when all else fails, reboot them.
