4.185" bore longevity

I am seriously considering a 454ci build for my Z06. I plan on running a very mild cam in this build, almost stock like idle and low speed characteristics. With that said, it will only be 600 to 650 engine HP and somewhere around 550 at the wheels. I want to maintain the factory 7K rpm redline. What is the realistic longevity of such a build? I am really concerned about the bore to bore sealing of the head gasket at this bore, but my builder says it will be fine with my desired power level. Looking for comments from people who have such a build and, hopefully, at higher HP levels and drive the pizz out of it.

I did not know that the LS7 block would accept a 4.185" bore.
