Any sources of radio interference nearby? (Cell phones, cell phone charger, car alarms, etc). Clear the AO of anything electronic, and retry? Try making sure the fob to be programmed is the ONLY fob within 30 feet (if you are doing the long programming process)
I'd guess either radio interference or a bad fob antenna. No other reason I can think of that would break the connection to the fob mid-operation.
Tried that. Had battery tender on just battery for several days. Last night hooked tender up to battery while leads were connected to maybe keep power to computer.
Going outside now. Will see what happens

I feel your pain. I had the low beam recall done and asked Porter to program a miscreant FOB. $58 later got the SOB FOB (2) working.
