Whatever clears the rotors and doesn't rub the inner fenders will fit
However there are greater concerns when going to the same size tire on the front and back axles---In order for your ABS brakes to work at 100% you must retain the stock difference between the front tire heights and the rears--This difference is 1" The rears are 1 inch taller---You can install any combination you like but if you alter the difference much beyond that 1" difference your ABS system will not work as designed as this 1" split is programmed into your ABS controller and cannot be changed---
How much will your ABS be in affective ?? unclear But it's your life and your gamble---
This is why you never see hardly anyone install the same size on all 4's
I am running C5ZO6 18" on all the corners. The fronts are GY 265x35x18, the rears are also GY 295x35x18. No problems or codes running up to 135mph. It is quicker on the turn-in and a bit tail happy, but is controllable. Does have a slight rearend wobble on a full throttle 3 to 4 shift which may or not be tire related. I am going to my OEM sized set soon and hopefully prove it is not the C5 tires/wheels

You will not get a code if you alter the stock 1" split as I mentioned however your ABS won't work---The only way you'll know is on the 1st hard panic stop and then it's too late--Measure your tire heights front vs back just so I can see where you're at--

The fronts are 25.8 and rears are 26.1 if my memory serves me correct. I used an online calculator and I can't find it again. I will measure them in the morning to double check.
Pretty limited on square setups. 315/30-18 is probably your best bet, but 11" wide wheels would be ideal. I've found 295/30 front and 315/30 rear to be the best overall for fitment and tire choices. 275/35-18 and 305/35-18 for nitto nt01's.
Most forum members *do* report getting Malfunction errors and warning lights when their tire size diameters are off, even under normal driving. It not only messes up the ABS but also screws up the Active Handling, so you do NOT have to be panic braking to see the error.
There was a thread not too long ago from a forum member who had accidentally installed a square setup and had all sorts of issues. He restored the proper front/rear diameter bias, and everything was fine again. (His tire shop had accidentally ordered and installed the wrong aspect ratio for his rear tires or some such thing.)
I did a yardstick and straight edge measurement on my 265/295 combo. The rears were 25 3/8" while the fronts measured 24 5/8". So 25.375/24.625=1.03 ratio. I think the computer is happy at 1.04, so I am hoping To be close enough. No codes with about 350 mi driven so far.
