Default Help! P2135 issue

Having issue with p2135. Replace TB with oem part as TB was bad when tested. Worked for 3 days now back to reduced power mode. Days of searching car found when clutch pushed in neutral safety switch engaged, TPS 1 gets a .6 volt power surge for a split second. TPS 2 is not affected so the car throws code and reduced power. If u clear and push clutch a coulple more times surge goes away. Let it sit for a few minutes and surge comes back. Replaced neutral safety switch and no change. Anyone have this issue? Anyone know where these two sensors interact with each other? ECM issue? Car is a 07 base with headers, corsa, FAST 102, haltech CAI and HP tune.
Thanks.

1. Wiggle tug test the wire harness at the throttle body while checking the Agree/Disagree data value on the scanner.

2. Work the APP sensor back and forth at the same time and hold in different position while looking for a glitch.

Look at t your TB connector very closely. that would be where I'd put my money

Thanks for the info. We swapped out the pigtail on the connector and no luck.

That's the #1 issue with confirmed fix I know with those codes. Do you by any chance have another TB lying around.

I am leaning to PCM as it seems it's the only place the clutch sensor and TPS sensors cross paths.

Update: 25 plus hours tracking down wires and found a short in the main wire harness for the car coming out of the BCM. Fixed the short ( replaced wires, not entire harness) and all is back to normal. What a nightmare this was. Put a couple hundred miles on car and all seems normal. No more power surges or clutch pedal issues.
