Default Check engine light

Need some help guys.Check engine light on.Went to parts store and they pulled codes p0030,p0053,and p0442.Is this all from O2 sensors,fuse or what?Where do you start?Any help on this would be appreciated.2007 LS2 with LT headers and Hi flow cats.

Thanks Ptroxx,I actually googled the codes myself.I did replace gas cap a couple of days ago,but did not remove Positive cable.Will try and let you know.Appreciate your input.Thanks.

When putting your gas cap back on, it is helpful to just get the threads engaged and PULL on the cap to tighten. Seems counterintuitive, but it really does work.
