Trying to get some opinions on running or not running the trans and diff cooler on a zr1 tr6060 and diff. Car is making 900-1000 and will see street duty and mile and half mile events.
They broke, I replaced them with LGs. The LGs are much better. The Pfadts rode better, but the LGs work better.
FYI, the diff case in the picture is a European Z51.
Would u say the ride was significantly different? I just don't wanna put them on and feel every single bump I hit. Car is a boosted 08Z. No track time. Occasional roll race on the highway.

You are welcome to come drive it and be your own judge.
My 05 Z51 has the trans cooler that runs up to the radiator.
No, but once see it in the GM parts book, it will look easy. Keep in mind that I am not using a ZR1 diff and trans, but a 2006 Z51 with the factory trans and factory Z51, European spec diff case.
What's different about the Euro Z51 dif?
Just the cooler and associated plumbing, or more?
Yes, but the pinion has to be cut to drive the pump and you need the side cover with fittings. I bought a ZR1 pump and cooler off the forum.
The used cooler and pump was $100, RPM charged me $50 to cut the pinion, when I bought a new gear set from them, 19132926 side cover was $130 and I don't recall the piping.
The ZR1 case is slightly bigger, so the hoses that go from the case to pump and pump to cooler, I made from a combo of factory lines and AN fittings.
