Gotcha! After I sent that question it got me to thinking, so I went out and looked. Sure enough, like you all have stated...2.5". I'm not sure why I thought it was 3".

B&B exhaust was one of the systems I was considering for my GS as I work toward adding FI. No longer are they a consideration after reading this. The work, as well as the Company's response to DJD, are absolutely unacceptable. I will pass this along to the members of my Corvette club, as well as my other LS friends. This, in my opinion, is the type of behavior we, as consumers, need to fight against through our relationships with like-minded enthusiasts. Frankly, this thread pisses me off. You lost a future customer, B&B.

Guys and possibly gals,

Thanks for your responses and helpful insight into this concern I had. I didn't want to sound like a jerk so I hope no one took this post that way, I didn't mean to offend or upset anyone at B&B. Today I received my ARH headers, 1 7/8 with their off road X pipe. I took them out of the package to inspect them before work, and I have to agree with everyone that said ARH is phenomenal! They really are! I can't be happier. The price is worth the quality, hands down!

They are nice.
As far as the other headers and this post.My own take on it is that you were asking for opinions.
Not to bash.

Which is what people gave you.

If B&B thinks they are acceptable then they shouldn't have a problem with pics or questions online about the welds.

Are ARH's MIG welded or TIG?

That's true, I was. I just wanted to make sure it clear, and no confusion about what I was after with this post.

Agreed about B&B. They will stand behind this work and that's on them. But I am super stoked about these headers!
