Hey guys. I've been browsing and seen a few of you have tuned your C6 using a remote tuner or "mail" order tune.
On my previous Mustang I had a remote tune that made a big difference in both performance and throttle response. I've basically stock (Borla exhaust) and just wanted to see what you guys would recommend for me if I ever end up looking into one? I believe the tune I got was roughly $400 last time including the device.
The only thing I would change is my last tune made me fail emissions. If possible, not having to switch to stock and then do a drive cycle would be a big headache relief come inspection. Not sure if any remote tuners can do this but I would guess so.
East coast supercharging did a couple mail order (sent them my ecu) tunes on my car before I went Forced induction. They are good...plus cheaper than having to Dyno tune after every mod.
Get a Diablosport handheld tuner and a custom tune from Lew @ http://www.diablewtune.com/. Then get a Vitesse throttle controller and you will be a happy camper.

I have the Diablo 93 octane tune , TCM Tune and the Vitesse Controller , I guarantee you will like it !!
So easy to put the stock tune back in for emissions testing in just a few minutes

C U advise is great, I debated a mail order tune before I sent mine to ECS. Chris from ECS is a good guy and they are a stand up company. Their tune was spot on for my header and intake car.

Much cheaper than your $400 OP. I have LT headers, CAI catted xpipe, Corsa, and ported TB/intake. Lew has certainly helped me out. Free upgrades for 1 year too, if I am correct. with street tires i've done 11.330 in 1/4 with > 2 sec 60' times.
