Still Hard Shifts
Hi All..... I started a thread a week or so ago about rough shifts on my 05 C6. Suggestion to change fluid. Well I changed the fluid and next day repeated the change. I still have a hard time shifting, down shifting is the toughest and not going into 1st at a stop light. Sometimes shifting into 2nd it goes in half way, I try pulling it into gear and hit halfway with that terrible grind. Any thoughts? Will a aftermarket shifter make any difference?

Hi Ken,
How many miles are on your car? It sounds like the slave cylinder or clutch might be having issues. Clutch/hydraulic issues will turn into transmissions fairly quickly if they are not addressed.
