Backfiring under heavy throttle

Backfiring under heavy throttle
My SC'd meth inj c6z is backfring under heavy throttle anything around or over 4k rpms. Anything below 4k is fine. What do you guys think would be the issue? Tune? I plan on pulling plugs, unplugging/clean the maf when I get home, and possibly pulling the valve covers. Any input would be great!

Tune is an obvious place to start
Really need to get someone to log the car with HP Tuners / EFI Live to get an idea what's going on
Pulling plugs can't hurt to see if there's anything obvious going on..
