Default Traction Control

I got thus 2006 a couple of weeks ago and have put maybe a couple of hundred miles so far. A few days ago I got in it to go to the store and as I pulled off maybe 20 feet the TC light came on. As I could normally do with the C5 I stop and shut it down for a few and started it back and all was find. It has done this several time so I pulled the code and only had missed input or something to the affect that the command was broken. Cleared them and drove it about 10 miles and nothing. Can anyone give me any other things to check in case it comes back?

clean the contacts in the wheel speed sensor plugs.
aside from that loose wheel bearings can have that effect and or mismatched tire sizes. smaller rear tires vs front make it think the wheels are slipping sooner

OK the tries are all correct but I will try the sensor plugs for all for wheel tonight. Wheels bearing seemed to be find. They have 50K on them right now. Thanks for you advice. I will try the sensors first and see if that helps any.
