Default Driver side lean condition question

I just had a custom email tune done through a well known, and great guy who is a Diablo Sport tuner. Car is really running great with the tune (it’s only been 10 miles so far). Prior to receiving the final tune, he told me that my data logs were showing a way lean condition on the driver side engine bank which could be caused by an exhaust leak or intake air leak. I rechecked torque on all my header bolts, the driver side Kooks collector joint bolts just needed a couple of turns but where already pretty tight. I also checked my Halltech killer bee intake, and all was tight there. I’m sure that the lean condition was corrected in the tune, Idle is extremely smooth and car is running well. Question is what else should I look for that could be causing the high lean condition?

Really need to see 02 values. See if that one side is not switching like it should be. A leak around the 02 can cause it, it doesn't have to be just in front of it, it could also be a leak at a connection just past it. Under light throttle conditions sometimes it can pull fresh air back into the system but if that is the case it typically causes the car to run rich.

check to see if an o2 wire is burnt/hurt.
