It so easy to just replace the entire cat back system from the crossover pipe rearward that it really just depends on sound preference although you will save a few bucks on just the mufflers...just my $.02
We offer a ton of universal mufflers you could use, 5150! This upgrade is quite popular for people on a budget. We would recommend going with a pair of our 5x8" oval mufflers, since Corvettes tend to not like the more aggressive, bullet-type mufflers. If we can further assist with choosing the correct size, please feel free to shoot us a call or PM!

Would you mind giving some more details? Do they just go where the stock mufflers are? What about the tips??

You really have unlimited possibilities when running a custom exhaust setup, but the most popular route is to cut out the stock mufflers and put the new ones in the same location. Most of our mufflers can be had for ~$100-150 each online, or from our authorized dealers/shops.
For the tips, you can have your stock section cut off and reattached to the new mufflers, or you can purchase new tips to use. You can see our selection of tips on our website here:

would you you happen to have a part number for mufflers that install well on these cars? I’m looking for 3 inch in an out and and preferably not as agressive sound. Minimal drone as possible.. my car is cammed.

Previous owner had flow master mufflers welded in with stock tips, sounds good no drone, over axle systems don't add HP anyway might as well save money and look into mufflers.
Cutting the stock base mufflers off of the over-the-axle pipe and welding a Z06 bi-mode or the NPP bi-mode muffler in it's place is a simple mod that's been done many times. I did mine that way more than 10 years ago. If you add NPP-IN-A-BOX, you can control the open/closed mode remotely. Several other methods will also work.

I did that too when I bought mine. I had major drone though. I ended up adding resonators. It cut the drone down to a bearable level without compromising the sound.
