Run Rough and Traction control message

Just out for a drive in my 2013 GS Coupe. Stopped at grocery store and when got back in car and fired it up there was a clicking noise coming from under the hood and the check engine light illuminated along with the check Traction Control at the same time.
Does anyone have a clue as to what might have happened. I don't drive the car hard or anything.

Thanks... that was the first thing I checked. Only have 12000 miles on the car. I figure it must be something electronic...just baffling
