hello, can anyone tell me where the F55 ride control module is located on a 06 C6 with a LS2, and can u send a photo , thx again

As for disabling the system, Tech II to program out F45, then unplug the F55 module before you shut the car off/ disconnect the Tech II.

Hence, the F55 has to be plugged in order for the Tech II to first discover it in F45 mode programming (tech II does not have a f55 programming mode, but the F45 mode works fine isntead) in the first place, to program it out of the car to begin with. But if the F55 module is still connected when the car starts up again, then the car will self discover it to self program it back in instead. On start up, the BCM will run a self test of the system to make sure all the modules are working fine, and self program any new modules found like the F55 module.

Thanks again Dano, I found out that it is in fact the F55 ride control module ,, I couldn't tell what it was since my original was smashed in an accident ,
