Reversed the bottles so washer is for go juice,a old clutch reservoir fills the buried new washer reservoir. Moving MAF to fit double nozzles. Conputer is in glove box. I figured it's better then E85 or race gas. Anyone else try this for a blower build.
Windshield take holds more than enough fluid to second as a windshield washer and meth tank. Plus windshield washer fluid is already about 20% meth, so a 50/50 mix works fine to clean the windshield as well.
Lastly, since the windshield washer tank will light up the dash light when it gets low, no needed for a second light to tell you the same thing a well.
Really, the tank of the system is the easy part, and the hard part is a pump and controller that will ramp up to spray more meth, incorporated with the tune instead.
FYI, with the fender back on, how do you plan on filling up the meth mix tank?

The 3 qt meth tank has a fill and vent hose going to a used clutch reservoir and all sensors ect. have been swapped.A lot of work to keep wipers juiced. I was amazed the snow tank fit, and after sealing it's venting cap and adding a remote vent and fill, its ok for wipers I've never used. My builder is working on the MAF move and welding it back together.
I'd swap out that pump with their pump (40900) that has an fittings and get rid of the push lock crap. I had issues with my nozzle/holder clogging and causing meth to spray out over the engine and hood. I run 100% so it's definitely harder on stuff but still last thing you want is a leak at the push lock and you going lean mid pull, or worse starting a fire if your running 100% meth.
Thanks, just the kind of advice I was hoping for at this stage of install. I will let you know how it progresses and the numbers it produces, since I have just finished its break in.

Reason: Spelling
If you call them they'd probably swap the pumps for you for little or no cost then you'd only need to buy the lines with the AN fittings which they sell and aren't terribly expensive. It would be easier to swap out now while it's all apart then have to do it all over again later down the road. Good luck with your build
