Rear to front o2 sensor adapters for headers

Rear to front o2 sensor adapters for headers
Has anyone with headers switched the rear o2 sensors to front location? One of my original front sensors is acting up, and I have read the rear sensors will work just fine, maybe even better than the original front sensors.
The thing is I am having a problem finding the proper adapter that fits the LS2 wiring. All I can find out there is the adapter for the C5 LS1 wiring.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
