I'd be willing to pay for a 2005 Service Manual (any format) but they don't seem to be available anywhere.

I agree, I'm a retired mechanic and have used both the paper and *.pdf manuals. Due to the size of libraries of manuals that take up whole rooms in shops the trend has gone to electronics either via DVD's or many internet based resources that connect directly with the manufacturer.

Since you aren't going to have a computer monitor by your side while you are working you end up having to print off a hard copy of the section of the manual that you require and then in most cases another section of the manual that contains technical specifications.

The printed out documentation inevitably ends up in the trash when the job is finished and if one sits down and estimates how much paper gets used and wasted a year its mind boggling.
