Default Courtesy Lighting?

I was wondering if there is any wiring in the doors of a base 2012 C6 that can be used for courtesy lighting? I'd like to replace the reflector with a lighted one or somehow add a light to each door such as the projector lights.

My guess is no as you would want to have the lights function just as the lights at the inside mirror do; active when the doors are opened and inactive when closed.

That was my thoughts too.. I'd want it to work off of a pin-switch/ door switch.. It kind of amazes me that they just use a reflector but anything to save a buck I guess.
