Any tuner can disable the code if you just want it gone.
There's really not much of anything that I can think of relating to evap that can be changed in the tune though.
i understand that, but if there is a problem somewhere, may be it should be addressed. if there is a constant ground in the ECM it may cause future issues. i dunno about lectronic chit

Have the turner flash back in the stock tune for about a week and see if you still get the same problem. If the tuner does not have the stock tuned saved to flash it back over, then it's not hard to flash the OEM tune back in with a tech II/ MID.
As for bad ECM after it has been reflashed to OEM, I would pull the connectors from the ECM, and double check for one of the control wires being grounded instead. Hence not sure if dealer tech when this far, but would be wise move before just replacing a ECM, and still having the problem.

yes the tech he did all the wire trouble shooting and when disconnected the plug from ecm, problem went away, which led him to believe tuner issue or bad ecm. we talked with tuner today and says he never has touched the parameters on that. so he is going to check on friday, reflash and see, if still there then replace ecm i believe. and retune.
guess it turns out, ecm is bad . tuner reflashed the ecm and code still came back, so he deleted code and turned off the light, and leave my solenoid unplugged, worked for a 2 days, then i get a new code, 445 i think it was, massive evap leak, so i delete the code and plug solenoid back in, hasn t came back on in a day, so we wait and see, but i guess it is inevitable i need to replace ecm.
You/he can keep deleting codes if needed (if any other relative pop up). I don't totally believe the ECM is bad, but don't know enough about the evap system to say what else it could possibly be. I'd do what you're doing and just get rid of the codes for the time being.

Yes. Thanks for the input. The gm tech with his tech 2 says same, bare wire or evap, did his tests and still had it when evap upplugged from harness. I will just keep deleting if they come back. I replace ecm and same situatiin, then i am really not happy. So...
