132K on my OEM F55 DD and I'll watch your Z51 fade in the mirror on rough mountain roads. Then again, all roads in FL are flat, so you've never had a chance to know the difference.
BTW, F55 wasn't available until '04 and it's far different than F45.
MY OPINION. NEVER HAD ANY LUCK SELECT DRIVE BOTH CARS HANDLE LITTLE ROUGH AND THE Z51 WILL OUT FLAT TAKE IT ON TURNS IT ON A Z51 PADLE SHIFT. NO COOLING HEAT UPS LIKE POWER STEERING AND SO ON IT CAN GO FLAT OUT. SUSPENSION UNREAL. THEY ARE RACE CARS,. I ALSO HAVE A Z06 C6 CLOSE CALL. IT IS FLAT HERE BUT I DROVE IN CLOVIS NEW MEXICO. I LIKE THESE DEBATES. GREAT CARS. THANKS JOE
I guess some are missing the point. The OP suspected a problem with the mag ride, not that he had one. Clunking in the rear can be caused by many things, unless shock mounts are loose, rarely by bad shocks mag ride or not. In my opinion he does not. Side note, having had the first mag ride ever in my 89 C4 and now my 11 GS, i love it. For me it is money well spent, a car with two personalities.

YOU ARE CORRECT . LETS GET TO THE REAL ISSUE. EVERYBODY HAS GOOD AND BAD ABOUT THE SYSTEM. LETS ADDRESS THE REAL PROBLEM. JOE
A very loose nut on a front anti-sway bar end link was found and corrected, curing the problem.
For preventive maintenance, I plan to replace all four end links shortly.
BTW, after riding in friends cars with low profile tires and enduring a rough ride, I am convinced of the value of the magnetic control system on the Corvette.
