Intune 2 not working
Help my programmer is not working for over a month the Inext tune tech guys is not giving me help anyway I load it up on my mac clicked the updater folder click the iconof the i2 icon on my desk top and it won't open at all please help I can't even use my tunner because if I plug it in to my car and I click on load tune or for the check light it just would load and load on my car

Step one should be saving your old tune to start with.
Will it do this, or has the car already been tuned, and someone lock the old re-tune isntead?
The easy way to check this is with a Tech II, since if the ECM tune has been locked, it will lock a Tech II tool out as well. Hence with a locked tune, a scanner to pull codes will work and clear codes, but it locks out any changes that can be made to the Tune, which the Tech II does and why a locked tune will lock out a Tech II.
If the tune is locked, and you don't have a clue who tuned the car before and locked the tune, it going to get spendy fast.
So step one is to remove the ECM, and send if to someone that can unlock the tune and clear the ECM. Next is putting the ECM back in the car, have the car towed to a dealer so they flash back in the stock tune, then you can now save that tune and flash in the new tune.
As for having the dealer solve the locked ECM tune (if that is the problem), they do such by making you pay for a new ECM, instead of trying to unlock the old one isntead.
