There are HUNDREDs. Prices vary. HP tuners is the most common tuning software for GM applications. It is what 90%+ of tuners use. ECS, FSP, Frost, Ed Hutchings, etc etc etc.

I went with the InTune i1 got it for a good deal and I'm gonna get lew to get my tune squared away for now! But I really wanna learn to tune my self so I can change it as a build the carðŸ¤”ðŸ¤”ðŸ¤”

in this case hp tuners will be in your future as the intune won't allow this unless you are a registered tuner (cmr) or whatever you need to be a tuner with that platform.
you can always sell the intune and purchase hp tuners when you are ready to start tuning on your own. good luck!

Technically I use EFI live most of time, I only use HP when I have to. EFI live is a better software package IMO, but HP is more common. Most individuals do not need the advantages EFI live offers, so it's a moot point.

Either way, great tuners like Doug can set you up with HP or EFI.
