Sorry, don't follow what your are trying to do?

Is it to eliminate the connector and hardwire the fan to the controller?

I direct wired mine and moved the controller to the firewall when installing a Dewitts radiator.

Pipe dream, since the PWM is not rated for such, and going to burn the PWM up instead.

So what is needed, if to use the PWM to just control a relay that is pulling it's power directly from the battery (with the correct needed gauge wiring) isntead.

At least here, you not burning the PWM up, but the radiator motor will be short lived, since its not designed to be run full blast, full time instead (hence bring on the P463SC C6 Fan Upgrade kit).

Truth is, if you need to run the fan full blast, then it's time to upgrade the entire system instead.
So Dewitt radiator that is going to have better cooling to start with, and then a dual fan kick with its own relay system and possible its own upgraded PWM as well.

I have Dewiits dual core radiator is either the D3 or using the factory fan to it's potential if and when it goes another one will do.

My car has no problem in a traffic jam as long as I turn the ac off it won't see over 218 but ac on in a traffic jam 238 ac no longer gets cold so my thinking is if i can speed up the fan to 100% on demand will suffice.

Somebody walk me true how mod is done I'm sure somebody done it will help and others as well.

By the way any body know how much better the ZR1 fan is then the one on 2011 grand sport?
