strange rattle changing gear???

strange rattle changing gear???
Iv got a strange rattle when changing gear between 1st 2nd and 3rd on my 05 6 speed manual
I dont have any rattling at idle only changing gear.
The only way i can describe the sound and the feel is like the rattler on a rattle snake, thats the closest thing i can think of.
I have heard of bad torque tube etc but i believe that is a rattle coming from underneath the car like marbles in a can but this seems different to that.
Anyone else have this? or an idea what it could be?
