Power Top Problem
So I've experienced my first problem with my '07 convertible. The power top opens perfectly but when I close it, it stops about halfway, tries to open again and then try tries to close again, moving about 12 inches repeatedly in each direction. While this is going on, the tonneau cover tries to close normally and catches on the back of the top frame. Anyone experiences this and any suggestions?

Interesting.....usually they only open halfway.
So I can't say that this is definitely your issue but it's close and gives you something to start looking at, the computer relies on a few "state of the top" micro switches that tend to go bad:
