Default PLX Devices narrowband ouput possible issue

I spent all day yesterday installing a PLX DM-6 Gen 4. I'm trying to use it in place of the stock o2 by using the narrowband output to the ECU. I hooked ever thing up and tested it and all seemed fine. After I tore the dash apart to tidy up the wires it now goes full rich after a few minutes. One thing I had to do was lengthen the narrowband wire for the new location. Does anyone have any ideas what could be the issue?

one issue is you can not splice narrowband 02 sensor wires and expect it to work properly

Not sure, but you may have misunderstood what I meant. I'm not trying to splice in the 0-5v the device has a 0-1v narrowband simulation. The 0-1v wire wasn't long enough so I lengthened it.

Nevermind I got it working. I was too tired and got the narrowband and wideband output wires reversed. Works great now.
