Default What shifter is this?
Can anyone identify this shifter on my C6? I didn't see any markings but I didn't look too hard at it.

Home made, since the factory plastic piece gives it away.

Hence it started out as this OEM unit,

and i think its the 1st gen shifter.. circa 2002 or so

Need new bushing for the shifter box. Look at how cracked they are.

I think you're right about it being an MTI but I think it's later. My photo didn't show it but the shaft is threaded for C5 type **** but also has the screw hole for the C6.

I like the shifter's feel on track so I won't be replacing it anytime soon.
