Ls7 Head torque secuence
Hey guys,
Is there a specific torque secuence for the Ls7 head?, I read one write up and it sounds like you torque the head then go 90°,loosen then torque back to spec.
Does this sound some what correct?

Thanks, I read through the procedure and in there he doesn't just torque the heads once and forget it, he torques them then loosens them and retorgue and goes like 90° more.
My question is do you need to go through the process listed or could you just torque the heads to the desired ft lbs. and move on?
I think the reason he did it the lengthy way was to seat the head/gasket.
