Help- no oil pressure

I thought the OP said he read ~3 lbs. pressure when he primed it.. So his gauge is working..

I would do as mentioned above: Remove one valve cover and prime until oil comes out of push-rod at rocker.

I'm also in the group that thinks you are pulling air through something on input side of pump.

I would not try starting it until you find the problem..

I would check that o rin. Possibly put a stock pump with a stock o ring.

Which block off do you have on the galley above the oil filter?

Question was the block removed or all work was done with the block in the car? just want to finf out if the (barbell is inside)

If you want to know if pump side is in good working order dis connect coils harness remove oil filter and crank it up it should pour a lot of oil out the filter area so put a container under it first. if it checks out good try another oil filter.

The block was not removed. The barbell should be intact. I like the sound of your suggestion but, would oil still pour out if the o ring if the oil pickup is pinched ?

Oil should not pour out of the O ring sense the O ring is in the suction pump side best activity is observed with oil filter removed to see quantity of oil gushing out or if is just a dribble.
